TOD is a file format that is not widely used. TOD videos are usually captured by JVC cameras. It is a high-definition format that uses transport stream for video data. AMR is actively used for encoding and decoding voice while its being transmitted over network channels. The format allows one to consider network capacity and adapt it to channel loads.
