PNG is a raster graphic data storage format that uses lossless compression algorithm to Deflate. PNG was created as a free format to replace GIF. JFIF is a graphical data format that enables the exchange of compressed JPEG files between computers. The main feature of the format is the use of a marker to indicate parameters that are not used in the JPEG standard, namely, pixel geometry, pixel size and some other parameters.
