SVG is a markup language, scalable vector graphics, created by World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), designed for describing two-dimensional vector and mixed vector / raster graphics in XML. Was developed for the first mass-produced e-book reader – Rocket eBook. The format is written in Ruby. RB files are containers holding the entire content for a Rocket eBook device.
