SIX is an alternative extension of the SIXEL bitmap graphics format. It was developed for terminals and printers by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). SIX actually means six pixels of which an image stored in the format consists. This format is a vector images file in the Sketch Drawing program, which serves to edit and create interface designs, applications and software shells. SK-files contain objects and layers which can be edited independently of each other.
