It consists of a set of two-character encoding which determines the allocation of starting points in the plotter. This format was developed by Kodak in order to store images on optical or other media. It is used as a format for archiving scanned documents on Kodak devices. It encodes images in 24-bit color and supports resolutions of up to 6144x4096 pixels.
